Delivery Terms and Conditions

  1. Property Access
    If the delivery vehicle is required to cross the kerb, the Supplier is not liable for any damage caused. The Customer or their Agent must indemnify the Supplier against any claims for damage. If the vehicle sustains damage or becomes bogged on-site, the Customer or their Agent is responsible for all costs associated with repairs and towing.
  2. Wash Down Area
    The Customer must provide a suitable wash-down area on-site for the delivery vehicle.
  3. Waiting Time Charges
    Waiting time fees apply if the delivery exceeds the standard allocated time.
  4. Return of Unused Concrete
    A charge will apply for returning unused concrete in excess of 0.6m³.
  5. Additional Delivery Information
    Further delivery details may be included on the driver’s copy of the delivery docket.
